Having already firmly established a presence in the roofing and building industry, Paul O’Brien developed an avid interest in the architectural and development of buildings and projects.

Over the last 20 years, the business has purchased numerous development opportunities and either completely re-developed them, or obtained planning permission to use the developments for residential or ‘mixed use’ sites. From New build to conversion or refurbishment; the company has provided affordable, quality homes in various locations across the south West.

Plastic finishes to the eaves detailing can look extremely neat as well as providing a durable maintenance free situation. The tongued and groove soffit panelling shown here is aesthetically very pleasing but relatively simple to install. Solid fascias or cappit fascias can be fitted depending on requirements and rainwater goods are available in a variety of shapes and colours.
